Fall 2020 Engagement Scholarship Recipient
As an intern participating in an unpaid community engagement internship with the Frogtown Neighborhood Association (FNA) program, although I am not financially getting paid, I am still getting benefits and rewarded with the skills of community engagement's real-life experience. During my experience with the program, not only my time and effort come from working with the program or supervisor, but it also comes from the community engagement. Therefore, by having this scholarship, it further supported with the number of hours and effort that I engaged in within the internship program, and the community.
